First microwave the choc and mix the butter in, let cool.. Next beat the eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. Now is my series of doubts...
1. Add the flour to this egg sugar mixture and beat it nicely like we do for he cake batter ?
2. Should I add all the choc butter mixture or only some to the cake batter ?
3. Should I pour the cake batter 1/2 way then add the choc butter mixture, then top this with cake batter again ?
Why these qs in mind bcos, even I didn't get the molten lava cake like u hv got in ur pic.

Kindly help ... More than me my little boy was so disappointed that he didn't get his chocolate from the cake.. Hv promised him I will get it right. I don't have ramekins but used the individual aluminum cupcake moulds.
Had tried ur garlic breadsticks and my son loves it from dominoes and he was going gaga about it. Had also tried your vanilla sponge cake, was real yumm... But this MLC broke me down... Can you help please?

Thank you,
Divya (I m too divya)...Divya Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06614042820242721559noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-31776955985606761902013-03-14T16:04:32.625+05:302013-03-14T16:04:32.625+05:30i tried making them but it was not a gooey molten ...i tried making them but it was not a gooey molten center ..what did i do wrong..n also what should be the temperature if on micro plus convection mode??ishikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05150592583366192625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-89715664967472115222013-03-14T13:51:35.200+05:302013-03-14T13:51:35.200+05:30I am guessing you are using an OTG,in that case,ke...I am guessing you are using an OTG,in that case, keep the pan(with the ramekins on)on the middle rack with the bottom rod heating.Divya Kuduahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09697500855182293698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-55860677587507661232013-03-14T13:50:32.811+05:302013-03-14T13:50:32.811+05:30I am not sure if chocolate sauce will work out as ...I am not sure if chocolate sauce will work out as well as using chocolate.Divya Kuduahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09697500855182293698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-37551566184396309242013-03-14T13:49:46.171+05:302013-03-14T13:49:46.171+05:30Baking powder is not required in this recipe.Baking powder is not required in this recipe.Divya Kuduahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09697500855182293698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-58807189923496355822013-03-14T13:48:29.789+05:302013-03-14T13:48:29.789+05:30Yes you can.But make sure you use sturdy ones,sili...Yes you can.But make sure you use sturdy ones, silicone molds would be a good choice.Divya Kuduahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09697500855182293698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-77028201787157483052013-03-14T12:55:56.531+05:302013-03-14T12:55:56.531+05:30i m going to try it right now but can i use muffin...i m going to try it right now but can i use muffin moulds instead of ramekins?ishikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05150592583366192625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-6300250922250705542013-03-14T12:53:42.780+05:302013-03-14T12:53:42.780+05:30This comment has been removed by the author.ishikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05150592583366192625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-55160911018316085772012-12-24T16:26:18.253+05:302012-12-24T16:26:18.253+05:30hi divya,ur recipie is very easy & cake is loo...hi divya,ur recipie is very easy & cake is looking very yummy.i will definately try it.thanks:) monikanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-24417793361889658542012-11-23T23:04:34.937+05:302012-11-23T23:04:34.937+05:30divya ,u hve not used baking powder can i use it divya ,u hve not used baking powder can i use it chocolate indulgencehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13672534961615982147noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-66421942344493049552012-10-13T06:05:54.382+05:302012-10-13T06:05:54.382+05:30hi .. this looks divine ...can I use choclate sauc...hi .. this looks divine ...can I use choclate sauce instead of regular choclate ?
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4746440631729949558.post-987955049816189592012-10-06T02:11:38.492+05:302012-10-06T02:11:38.492+05:30hello! where should i place the Ramekins in the ov...hello! where should i place the Ramekins in the oven?
