We all but managed one successful cake. She's mostly tried the boxed variety (Betty Crocker), but going by a 180C, 35-40min cook time always gets the top burnt and middle under cooked. By the time the cake comes out its always in between overcooked and dry. I cant seem to get to your article on "Baking in Microwave convection oven" the page turns up blank for me. Could you either send the article or advice please? The option mum uses is Conv/Conv+turn grill, then pre.heats and once the beep sounds, the cake is placed in and the time set.
